TITAN Pad Heaters are 0.075″ (1.9mm) thin flexible silicone oil pan heating pads that are attached to the outside of an oil pan or metal fluid reservoir such as a hydraulic tank. The pad incorporates a 3M peel back adhesive on one side that bonds onto the metal surface. Once installed, the heater pad will never fall off.
An engine oil pan heater is far superior to a block heater and more efficient as a block heater only “warms” a part of the engine not all the engine.
An engine oil pan heater, “heats” the complete engine starting at the bottom; the hot oil heats the crankshaft, which in turn heats the connecting rods, pistons and cylinder heads.
TITAN oil pan heaters are supplied with an installation kit and instructions for a complete installation; no special tools or skills are required.
Cold temperatures dramatically reduce the effectiveness of the chemical reactions within the battery while increasing the battery’s internal resistance; these factors cause a reduction in cranking power of the battery as the temperature drops.
Batteries left in a discharged state can freeze and cause damage in cold temperatures.
The HS-3 Heater-Stat is an temperature controlled electrical thermostat outlet. Designed to automatically turn electrical devices on and off when the ambient temperature drops or raises in accordance with a preset temperature setting; the HS-3 is the ideal device to control the operation of the Oil Pan Heater and Battery Warmer or Block Heater.
The HS-3 plugs into an outdoor 120 volt AC electrical outlet and has two 120 volt receptacles. The maximum electrical load is 1800 watts; this will accommodate both the largest oil pan heater, TH1000-1, and the battery warmer, TBH60-1, being plugged in together.
The oil pan heater and the battery warmer will be automatically turned on when the ambient temperature falls below 35°F (2°C) and stay on and until the ambient temperature exceeds 45°F (7°C).

The TITAN Fuel Filter Heater incorporates an adjustable velcro band that facilitates the ease of fitment to numerous sizes of oil filters.
Cold weather creates fluid flow problems with fuel and oil filters. Fuel and oil becomes too thick to pass through the fine pores within the filter element; consequently the fuel gels and it won’t flow with the result that the engine will not start.
Fuel filters also suffer from additional restrictions if there is any water or moisture in the fuel which will freeze in the filter element.
Engine wear is increased when the flow of lubricating oil is restricted in the filter element.
The TITAN Fuel Filter Heater warms the filter housing to summer temperatures; this unplugs the gel in the oil filter to increase the flow and allows for sufficient fuel flow to start the engine. The fuel temperature will increase above the pour point and melt any fuel/ice slush; this allows sufficient fuel to flow to the injection system ease of engine start up.
The fuel filter heater can be left on while the vehicle is operating on the road.+
